A New series is coming…

They say it’s better to burn out than fade away. But what if you’re such a colossal screw-up that you manage to do both?

Ten years ago, I shot to stardom alongside my bandmates: Cohen Brady, our guitarist and my first love, Dutch Kelly, my best friend and our drummer, and Dallas Kelly or Dax to his friends, our bass player, Dutch’s foster brother and the only person whose trauma might go toe-to-toe with my own.

I’m Rain Gamble, the lead singer. And together, we’re the Preaching Pistols. Or, at least we were, until I ruined everything.

So instead of bright lights and big stages, I’ve spent the last few years barely scraping by. When our former manager brings us back together for a reunion tour, we’ll have one more chance to chase our dreams. A chance that might be over before it even starts if we can’t figure out a way to overcome our past.

Fame might have torn us apart, but music brought us together in the first place. Let’s see if it can do it again. One more chance. One more song. One more time.
